Wisconsin Interchange is produced and maintained by the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA).

WTBA is the voice of Wisconsin’s transportation construction industry.  Its members include a diverse range of companies that design, build and maintain all modes of transportation infrastructure, as well as firms that supply equipment and services to the industry.

WTBA is a non-partisan organization whose goal is to expand Wisconsin’s transportation contracting market.
